By downloading, installing, or using KeyStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KeyStream for your personal lawful use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse KeyStream, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
Permissions and System Access
KeyStream may require macOS permissions to detect key presses and operate as a menu bar utility. You are responsible for reviewing and granting any permissions required for the app to function.
Disclaimer
KeyStream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, October Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use KeyStream.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of KeyStream after an update means you accept the revised terms.
